SS Cyg: still bright at X-ray wavelengths
SS Cyg is now fading from an optical outburst. The flux level will
temporary drop as that in two outbursts ago, but the X-ray flux
returns back to the very bright state. The X-ray count rate is
usually close to 0 but the current count rate is 0.08.

This anomalous phenomenon will continue, so I monitor SS Cyg
with Tomo-e Gozen camera at Kiso Observatory in Japan and the X-ray
telescope NICER.
Tomo-e detected ~100-sec large-amplitude optical variability.
The current magnitude is ~11.0 in V band.
Best Regards,
Mariko Kimura
