ASASSN-20mq rebrightening from 21st Oct.

Josch Hambsch reported observations of ASASSN-20mq, and detected its first
rebrightening on 21st and 22nd Oct.
This object faded to 17-18 mag on 19th-20th but rebrightened to ~16.4 mag
on 21st.

Continuous observation will clarify its rebrightening type.
