BO Cet: stage A-B transition

Josch Hambsch, Kiyota-san and Kyoto U. team have
reported new observations. Thanks to the accumulation
of the data, the superhump nature of the variation
has been confirmed. There was a large period variation
and the interval Oct. 26-31 has been identified as
stage A with growing amplitudes. The superhump period
in this interval was 0.1548(2) d. The epsilon^* was
9.7(1)%, corresponding to q=0.35(1). This mass ratio
is compatible with ordinary CVs with similar orbital
periods.

The period after then (stage B) has been 0.1494(2) d.
The behavior of superhump periods is not different
from that of ordinary SU UMa stars.
