V495 Cas: confirming SU UMa-type (and possibly ER UMa-type) nature

Tonny Vanmunster reported time-resolved observations on 5th Nov. as well.

I confirm that V495 Cas showing a superhump, establishing its SU UMa-type
behavior.
As suggested by Kato-san, V495 Cas can be an ER UMa-type dwarf nova based
on its short supercycle (50-60 d) .

I obtained a superhump period as either 0.0760(1) or 0.0825(1) d using
Tonny's data. Other aliases are still possible as well. The superhump
amplitude is around 0.07 mag.

This object was ~16.3 mag on 5th Nov. and time-resolved observations are
encouraged to determine its superhump period.
