Leaving only the points out of outbursts, I have obtained P=0.429416d. Here
is the phased plot using this period and epoch by Taichi Kato:

The "secondary" minimum in quiescent state becomes the main minimum in
outburst of W UMa-type dwarf novae.

Also, NSV 11599 is an UV source GALEX J185651.4+534008 with
NUV=19.14+/-0.10 magnitude only. There were no FUV images of this part of
the sky during GALEX operation.
