NSV11599 outburst ended

   High-inclination UGSS+E (see vsnet-alert 24986) star.
It is somewhat a pity that there have been no observations
during this outburst.
The orbital parameter and outburst frequency are similar to
DX And or CH UMa and NSV11599 should be continuously
monitored as well.
