ZTF position: 09 05 27.78 +31 09 22.0

Faint blue object is present on the Pan-STARRS1 color image, but not
visible on SDSS. Quiescent magnitude should be about 22.5, hence outburst
amplitude about 7.5 mag. Another WZ Sge-type candidate.
