ST Cha entered standstill

   According to observations by Josch Hambsch, this
object has been in standstill since Dec. 5
(or since Nov. 28 followed by damping oscillation).
This is the first long standstill in Hambsch's
time-resolved observations.  Let's see whether this
standstill ends with brightening (if the object
is currently in IW And state).
