Spectroscopic confirmation of NSV 11599 as a dwarf nova

We spectroscopically confirmed that this object is not a W UMa star but a dwarf nova.
This object shows a long (3-4 weeks) outburst with deep eclipses. Let's observe the next
outburst intensively.
