Discovered by Mike and Brandon Forslund (Asteroid Hunters) on 2020 12
16.338 UT as an object of 16.7 unfiltered mag. Reported both to CBAT TOCP

Bright outburst on Blue 1983-01-17 DSS plate to Bj=14.95 according to GSC
2.2 catalogue. Fainter outburst on two Infrared DSS plates slowly fading in

Three outbursts in ZTF Lasair data (Masci et al., 2019), see

filter).

According to ZTF data, this outburst has started between Dec. 3rd and 5th.
