XTE J1859+226: possible superoutburst ?

The black-hole binary XTE J1859+226 (V406 Vul) may enter
an outburst according to ATel #14372.  The current magnitude
is ~18.9.
This source showed a superoutburst with rebrightening
in 1999-2000.  It was 15 mag at outburst maximum in R band.
Superhumps may appear from the beginning and photometry
should be continuously performed if this outburst is not a failed one.
The coordinate is 18 58 41.51 +22 39 30.2 (J2000).
