TCP J10203579+3103424: new SU UMa (or WZ Sge) star

   The most recent data by Kiyota-san on Feb. 15
clearly detected ordinary superhumps (0.16 mag).
The period is 0.0563(3) d.  An analysis of the earlier
data did not detect the signal corresponding early
superhumps.  This object is either an SU UMa star
or a WZ Sge star with a low inclination.
