[vsnet-alert 25524] MASTER OT J064725.70+491543.9 bright outburst

This SU UMa-type dwarf nova in Auriga is in bright outburst according to
ZTF data (Masci et al., 2019).

Range of variability is 13.7-18.1 CV, according to AAVSO VSX. The current
outburst is most likely a superoutburst.
Curiously, this variable was discovered by MASTER in an outburst on March
07, 2013 and published on the International Women's Day on March 08 (see
ATel #4871). Here it goes again.
