I observed the star ASASSN-21dy with the 30cm telescope of the Foligno 
Observatory (K56) in the V band on 2021-03-23 for about one hour (from 18:37 to 
19:43 UT). Three comparison stars were taken from the APASS9 catalog. The star 
was detected at V=12.802 with no fluctuations larger than 0.02 mag.
