ATLAS21hov: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch has reported observations.
The object fade from 16.1 (Mar. 17) to 17.1 (Mar. 25).
A superhump period of 0.05460(2) d was obtained.
As judged from the light curve, the object apparently
experienced stage B-C transition on Mar. 23
and this period should be regarded as a mean one.
