ASASSN-21dy: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova Berto Monard, Josch Hambsch, Tonny Vanmumster and Itoh-san have reported observations. This object started to show superhumps since Mar. 25. Typical stage A-B evolution was recorded. For stage B: Psh=0.07288(4) d and Pdot = +12(2)*10^(-5)
