ASASSN-14bp: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch has reported observations.
The object shows superhumps (0.13 mag) with
a period of 0.0723(2) d (allowing one-day aliases).
The suggested SU UMa-type nature has been confirmed.
