TCP J08144930-2215000: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch and Berto Monard have reported observations.
(Itoh-san and Kiyota-san also reported some observations,
but they were before the appearance of superhumps).
The object started to show superhumps since Apr. 16.
The current period is 0.05973(6) d.  The large amplitude
(0.26 mag) probably excludes an extreme WZ Sge star.
