TCP J18224935-2408280

According to ATels #14691, 14692, this transient confirmed as an 
outburst of a symbiotic star:

Mitsugu Fujii-san (Fujii Kurosaki Observatory) also toke a spectrum on 
2021-06-07.684 UT.
His spectrum is available from the following URL.

We also take a spectrum using the 3.8-m telescope Seimei on 
2021-06-07.78 UT.

The line that ATel #14691, 14692 identified as [O III] might be He I.
