Discovered by Hideo Nishimura, Kakegawa, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, who found this star on three frames with 20-s exposure (limit mag.= 14.7) using Canon EOS 6D digital camera + 200-mm f/3.2 lens, who writes there is a faint star (mag.= 20.4) at this location on DSS.
