Instrument: University of Iowa, Rigel Telescope (0.37-m Cassegrain)
Sequence: Henden and Sumner (R magnitudes derived from V and B-V)
>From my outburst images I get the following precise position:
R.A. 01h39m15.74s Decl. +31o24'15.1" (J2000.0)
On the finding chart in Ron Downes' Catalog and Atlas of Cataclysmic
Variables TU Tri is the faint star southeast of the marked star.
Precise position and magnitude for that latter (very blue) star
from the Henden/Sumner sequence:
R.A. 01h39m15.32s Decl. +31o24'19.6" V= 18.073 B-V= -0.190
A superoutburst was detected by M. Simonsen on 2003 Jan. 1
at mv= 14.6. K. Zloczewski (Warsaw University Astronomical
Observatory observed two superhumps on Jan. 1 and derived
Psh= 0.0745d (IBVS 5599).
