Dear Colleagues,
Kyoto team performed further period search for TSS
J022216.4+412260 on Nov. 23, 24, and 25. The best estimeted
period is 0.0555(1) days. On the other hand, another periodicity was
shown on Nov. 20, 21, and 22, yielding 0.0538(1) days. If the former
is the superhump period of SU/WZ stars, this is the shortest record
among SU/WZ stars (except EI Psc and V485 Cen). So far the origin of
the latter period is not known. Although the magnitude of the object
is too faint (16), high speed photometry is encouraged. If you succeed
in observing the object, please report your obervations to
vsnet-campaign-report at ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp .
Regards,
Akira Imada
