This object is apparently rather blue, and thus one can suspect
it is a dwarf nova or similar object.
The 'best' position seems to be from USNO-B1.0, which also shows
modest proper motion:
20 37 07.67 +63 39 15.5 (J2000)
It is USNO-B1.0 1536-0254951.
