[vsnet-alert 9054] RU Hor outburst

   The SU UMa-type dwarf nova RU Hor is undergoing its relatively
rare outburst.  Follow-up observations are strongly encouraged.

1998 Feb-Mar: 13.5 mag (superoutburst)
1999 Aug      13.7 (superoutburst)
2000 Jan      13.8 (two nights)
2003 Sep      13.2 (superoutburst, faded on Oct. 8)
     Oct      14.6 (Oct. 17, rebrightening)
2006 May      13.4

  The superhump period was 0.0716(3) d.  Post-superoutburst
