Dear observers,

Kailash Sahu, on behalf of the PLANET microlensing collaboration, has shown me a
microlensing fit to the light curve of GSC 3656.1328. The fit appears to be
quite good, and seems to confirm that the brightening of the object is indeed
due to microlensing.

It would be extremely important to continue to observe this event intensively
for the next few weeks, at several different wavelengths if possible, due to the
possibility of a secondary spike due to a planetary companion. Such a spike
could be very brief, measured in hours.

clear skies,
Howard
