The first outburst is reported in W.J.Luyten, G.Haro, PASP 71, 469, 1959.
Information on the second outburst must have been received from Nikolai
Samus. The same two outbursts were apparently observed at Tonantzintla
observatory at a later stage (see T. Kato's message below).
