[vsnet-alert 9685] V1017 Sgr brighter

Hi all,
the symbiotic star and suspect recurrent nova V1017 Sgr has recently
shown a brightening beyond its normal range as indicated by the tabled
observations since 2004:

Unfortunately I will not be able to further follow up for some time to
come. Hopefully some of you might wish to do so. Specifically spectra
might show interesting features and eventually indicate the nature of
this brightening.
Another symbiotic star that has been brightening recently is Hen 3-1410
as indicated:
