AL Com: fading from the active phase, confirmed

The object was V=18.3 on 22 Nov. The fading trend was confirmed. 
The V-J color is now quite red, about 1.5.

If the active phase of AL Com is indeed a rebrightening phase 
(, or "echo outbursts") as observed in WZ Sge, the current 
rapid fading will stop soon, and start a gradual fading until 
it reaches the quiescent level.
