 According to Alan Plummer, a pre-main sequence star Z CMa is
brightening a bit. His observations are following;

 This star sometimes undergoes outbursts. For instance,
this star brightened to around 9th mag. in 2003.
 Seeing following recent data, this star is not observed 
sufficiently. Please pay attention to his star.
