CSS080130:033055-251255: follow-up observation

We observed this new optical transient reported to ATEL
(http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=1374).
We confirmed the outburst of the object.

YYYYMMDD(UT) mag. err.
20080201.51352 17.37V 0.17 Higashi-Hiroshima Observatory

In conjunction with the discovery magnitude (16.7mag on 30 Jan),
the fading rate is about 0.3 mag/day.
We also took J-band images, and the color is calculated to be
about V-J=+0.1 +/- 0.4.

These results imply that this new object is a dwarf nova in
outburst (UGSS type, or very early phase of a WZ Sge-type outburst),
while spectroscopic observations are needed to determine its nature.
