ASASSN-14cl: stage B-C transition

   Josch Hambsch, Arto Oksanen, Roger Pickard and 
Nick James have reported new observations.
The object experienced stage B-C transition on June 30.
The large positive Pdot and the presence of stage C
suggest that this object is not of an extreme type among
WZ Sge-type dwarf novae.
