OT J105756.3+092315 = Catalina transient

   CRTS has detected the following bright transient (=CSS110111:105756+092315).
Although the supposed quiescent counterpart is relatively red, the light
curve suggests a dwarf nova.  The object may be a long-Porb system with
a prominent secondary or a close visual binary one of whose component
is a CV.  Further observations are encouraged.
