ATEL#575 H1743-322 re-appears

    According to ATEL #575, M.P. Rupen et al. report a re-appearance 
of the black hole candidate H1743-322 in the radio range (=IGR J1746-3213 = XTE J17464-3213).  While its optical counterpart is likely 
very faint, deep optical/IR observations might detect a flaring 
counterpart.
