[Vsnet-chat 7079] new VSNET lists

Dear colleagues,

We have resumed some VSNET lists, say, vsnet-campaign,
vsnet-chat, vsnet-obs, and vsnet-outburst.  We are very
sorry that we registered as the initial members those
who had been once the members of each list, and made you
feel fear of automatic subscription to other lists newly
created and of prohibition of unsubscription.

But we have changed our policy.  We intend to maintain
VSNET with four sublists mentioned above, vsnet-alert,
and vsnet-adm, for the time being, and no new list will
be created without public discussion on vsnet-chat.  You
can freely subscribe/unsubscribe to the lists on the web,
as noted in the welcome e-mail you received, or by sending
an e-mail to vsnet-adm at ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp .

Through VSNET, we would like to make contribution to
astronomy and all the people interested in astronomy and
variable stars.  We would be very grateful if you understand
our will and foster the VSNET community.
