[vsnet-chat 7109] Resumptions of some old lists

Dear colleagues,

There is one thing I forgot to write in the previous announcement.
Concerning the VSNET sublists newly resumed, we have not registered
any persons excluding VSNET administrators and a few co-workers.
So those that don't want to receive e-mails via the new lists
don't need to unsubscribe.  If you want to join the lists, we
would ask you to subscribe by yourself (even if you are an
original subscriber).
