  I am taking unfiltered images of EI Psc through the clouds at
RIT Observatory.  At about 04:00 UT on Aug 17, the variable star
is about 1.9 mag fainter than GSC 0584.0366 = USNO B1.0 0963-0598647.
Given that star's magnitude V = 12.2, that makes EI Psc roughly
magnitude V = 14.1.  This is about 1.6 mag fainter than its
value around V = 12.4 we measured on UT Aug 10.

  We will continue working through the clouds here in Rochester;
the weather is _supposed_ to improve during the later portion
of the night, so we may be able to acquire good measurements
over at least one cycle (I hope).
