The latest issue of the CVnet Circular has just hit the web.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cvnet-circular/message/19

All of the typology changes and suggestions discussed in cvnet-discussion
have been implemented in this latest draft. Thank you, to all who
contributed their expertise and advice.

I would like to personally thank Chris Watson for the job he is doing with
this.

The quick look data at AAVSO, which the circular is based upon, is full of
inconsistencies, problems and technical issues which Chris has to deal with
each time the Circular is edited and released. This involves a great deal of
time and expertise to generate a useful output. He is doing an amazing job
with the data and the observer codes.

As with everything to do with CVnet, this is done at no small expense of
time or effort, but is done as completely and professionally as possible, at
no cost, given the staff and resources at hand. Chris is one of the unsung
heroes of CVnet and deserves some positive recognition.

If you find the CVnet Circular useful, informative, or just downright
impressive, please let Chris know via cvnet-discussion or in a private email
to Christopher Watson at <skygx at earthlink.net>.

Thanks,
Mike Simonsen
