Perhaps people might consider an efficient alternative, vsnet-cvcirc
(updated daily).

http://ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/mailman/listinfo/vsnet-cvcirc

   or

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vsnet-cvcirc/

(the former seems to be easier to view).

These circulars include non-CV peculiar objects (R CrB stars etc.).

http://ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/mailman/listinfo/vsnet-miracirc
or http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vsnet-miracirc/

   for pulsating variables.

These circulars are produced at lowest possible expense of time or
effort, and further data can be included if people also post
observations to vsnet-obs in the VSNET format (as in vsobs-share).
