Oh, that's right.  I use VSX and don't look at the GCVS and forgot about
that error.  Thanks for reminding me, Taichi!  That is likely the reason - not
using the true coordinates or else not using the AAVSO chart, which has it
properly identified.  I believe there was discussion about a year ago
regarding that error.  That still does not solve the 15th magnitude
observations,
though.
