Not actually.
It is in the UCAC2 Bright Star Supplement that uses info extracted from 
Tycho-2 as it is explained in the read me file:

"All astrometric data were extracted from either the Hipparcos Catalogue or 
the Tycho-2 Catalogue; photometric data were extracted from the Hipparcos, 
Tycho-2, and 2MASS catalogues."

It appears in UCAC2 but not in UCAC3.

It might be an interesting exercise to look for other stars that appear in 
one but not the other.
