Dear colleagues,

John Greaves pointed out that Nutterson has already discovered its
unspecified slow variation from the NSVS data:

  http://skydot.lanl.gov/nsvs/star.php?num=9669812&mask=15636

Patrick Wils also pointed out that this star was already registered in
the AAVSO VSX database by Martin Nicholson based on the NSVS data.

The NSVS data shows the position at R.A. 05h57m39s.25,
Decl. +08o49'57".61, which is roughly center of the northern 11-mag
star, GSC 0716-01435, and the southern variable star.

MISAO Project observations revealed that the southern star, GSC
0716-01707, is variable. However, because the variation has been
already discovered from the NSVS data, further observations should use
the designation NSVS 9669812, not MisV1447.

I also found that this star was observed by ASAS, which shows a nice
light curve as a Mira type variable:

Best regards,
