IX Vel: low-amplitude Z Cam star

   This object is now better treated as a low-amplitude
Z Cam star (following classifications of recently
discovered many objects).

   The same features are seen in ASAS-3 data.
Standstills in 2003 Apr.-May, 2004 Feb., 2008 Mar.-May etc.
Otherwise mostly oscillating with periods similar to
dwarf novae.
