   "Outbursts" only occur when the magnitudes are close to
the limiting magnitudes (the sky is bright or affected by
clouds?).  The variation (2 mag variation in 2 min and
separate "outbursts" with an interval of 6 d) is also
unusual for a dwarf nova.  I suspect that the variation
was spurious due to the close bright star (gamma Cep).
