[vsnet-ecl 1746] CORRECTION: Type-spcific vsnet-recent-ecl lists

CORRECTION: -ecl was redundant in list names!

  Type-spcific vsnet-recent-ecl lists are available.

  The announced vsnet-recent-ecl has been found to only
extract "E" (unclassified eclipsing binaries).
As before, we have set up type-specific lists, which may
be more handy for eclipsing binary observers.
