W. Fong, B. A. Zauderer and E. Berger (Harvard) report:

"We observed the position of the short-duration GRB 130313A (Gompertz et
al., GCN 14293) with the Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array (VLA) beginning on
2013 March 14.44 UT (18.5 hr post-burst) at a mean frequency of 5.8 GHz. In
1 hour of observations, we do not detect any source within the BAT-refined
position (Barthelmy et al., GCN 14296), within the latest XRT position
(Osborne et al., GCN 14300), or in coincidence with any of the reported
optical sources (de Ugarte Postigo et al., GCN 14302). We therefore place a
3-sigma limit of ~60 microJy on the radio counterpart of GRB 130313A at
18.5 hr after the burst."
