George A. Younes (USRA/MSFC) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) 396484884 / 130725945 at
22:41:21.34  UT  on 25 July 2013, tentatively classified as a GRB, is in fact
not due  to a GRB. This trigger is due to a Solar Flare."
