Harvey Moseley (GSFC) report:

We observed the field of GRB 140610A (Evans, et al., GCN 16375) with the
Reionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org) on the
1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional on
Sierra San Pedro Mártir from 2014/06 11.19 to 2014/06 11.20 UTC (12.06 to
12.26 hours after the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of 0.16 hours
exposure in the r and i bands and 0.07 hours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and H
bands.

We detect no new sources within Swift-XRT error circle (Kennea et al., GCN
16376). In comparison with 2MASS, we obtain the following 3-sigma upper
limits:

 r > 20.22
 i > 19.15
 Z > 16.99
 Y > 17.40
 J > 16.68
 H > 17.62

These magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic
extinction in the direction of the GRB.

We thank the staff of the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional in San Pedro
Mártir.
