V. Pelassa (UAH) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 435951381 / 141025734
at 17:36:18.76 UT on 25 October 2014, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to an X1.0 solar flare."
