MASTER received AMON ICECUBE HESE alert 
(http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_amon/67093193_127853.amon, 
DISCOVERY_TIME:   16/04/27 05:52:32.00 UT)
at 27 Apr 16 05:53:53 UT .

MASTER-IAC pointed to 15h 58m 39s +06d 51' 10  155 sec after trigger time 
and 74 sec after notice time.
But the Sun Altitude was -8.27, i.e.the beginning of sunrise.

But 4 hours befor MASTER-IAC made a survey in this area

2) The second message of alert was at 27 Apr 16 15:51:18 UT
MASTER-Amur pointed 283 sec 
on 2016-04-27 15:56:01UT  (60s exp., 17.0 P on the first image, 17.7 on 
the summ images 540s)

3) MASTER-IAC started observations of the corrected alert coordinates  16h 
02m 16s +09d 20' 30"  on 2016-04-27 23:25:11UT 47 sec after notice time
  with m_lim=19.3 on the single images, 19.8 on the summ.
There is no OT inside 36 arcmin radius(the error box).

4) MASTER-SAAO started observations on the 2016-04-28 02:43:11 UT with 
m_lim=19.6 . There is no OT inside the error box.
