The Swift-BAT trigger at 11:17:49 UT(trigger=147325, referred to in GCN 3663,
Moretti et al) is not due to a real GRB.  It is due to a cosmic ray
shower event in the material of the spacecraft.  All 90-some events
are simultaneous in the BAT detector.
